Chicken pasta bake? Lock Rss

Hi ladies. Last night we had a roast chook & decided for tea tonight I want to do a chicken pasta bake using the leftovers, but not too sure what to put in it, especially the sauce. Is a white sauce best? or tomato one? Should I just cook pasta up, do the sauce, the chicken & chuck in some vegies too? Thanks smile
Oh, forgot to add, only got about 1.5 cups of diced chicken meat.
I would do a tomato sauce but cheese sauce would be nice too.

with left over chicken i usually use a tomato sauce, pasta some vegies and cheese on top and put it in the oven my toddler loves it so do I.
Peas and pumpkin is great to the more vegies the better.
Sorry to hijack but the ladies that use a tomato sauce do you use a pasta stir through sauce or just like a jar of passata?

I like using jar pasta sauce dolmio have some nice ones.

Hijack away! smile Saves me asking! lol

Thanks ladies, seems like the proven method is tomato based sauce - probably the easiest too!
I've just checked my pantry, the only jar sauce I've got is Continental Chicken Tonight's Butter Chicken. Do you think that'd work? Or the other option is do up a white sauce?
Butter chicken is nice but I do it with rice instead of pasta
