Jam Drops Lock Rss

I want them so bad, I make them all the time, but I am after YOUR all time favourite jam drop recipes to try.

I make bikkies to send to work for our workers to eat at smoko, so they always love Jam drops.

COCONUT JAM DROPS

200g butter, melted
2 tablespoons milk

Combine dry ingredients. Stir in butter and milk. Roll tablespoons of mix into balls. Place on greased trays, well spaced. Make a hollow in biscuit with wooden spoon handle. Fill hollow with jam.
Bake in moderate oven for about 15 minutes, or until browned lightly. Cool on trays.
Makes about 30.

I made a batch of these for DP's workmates on Monday. Yummy.
