Flat stomach tips after caesar Rss

Hi all. Any tips for helping to regain a flat stomach after a caesarian? Do those stomach wrap things work or any simple exercises? I have noticed that it seems easier for ones stomach to return to 'semi normal' after a natural birth. Many thanks.
my tummy went back to 'normal' much better & quicker after natural birth than c-section & ive heard the same off other mums. Im still too scared to do tummy exercises coz i get pains easy in that area (13 months since op) but over time it has gone back to farely normal.
Hello there,
I had a c-section & my stomach was terriable, 2 months after belive it or not my stomach is as flat as anything. I tryed the body wraps & they help you loose inches off your stomach in a matter of 72hours. If you have facebook add the page called "it works" For $35 a wrap you cant go wrong. There are before & after pics on there of some of my friends who have also tryed it!
Hi Kristen thanks for the tip! Unfortunately I am not on facebook, but I am keen to check out the 'tummy wrap'. Can you suggest any other ways I can find out more about the company/product? Many thanks!
The website for "it works" is www.wrapwithdee.com
I'm 2 weeks post caeser following a twin pregnancy. My twins were approx 3.2kg each when born, so i was huge by the end! I absolutely swear by tummy wraps. I bought one on Ebay for around $30. Very much worth it! My stomach has all but gone. I believe the wrap helped my uterus contract back quicker than it otherwise would have done. The wrap also helped with post op pain.

Wow- thats amazing. Im 3 weeks post c section and i have lost hardly anything. my tummy is still very bloated and flabby. Will deffinately give these wraps a go!!!!

Thanks ladies
I have read that you can't use the wraps if you are breastfeeding, is that true? I would loooooove to give it a go but if there is any chance of it affecting my milk i would much rather get around with my flab!!
The It Works body wraps are not to be used whilst pregnant or breastfeeding. I don't know exactly why this is, but it is clearly stated on all packaging.

If you do still want to try one, I would probably confirm with an It Works consultant...

Hi Liliana!

Would you be able to tell me the brand/make/name of the wrap that you bought on ebay?

Many thanks!!!!!!!!!!
There are a series of 'gentle' exercises that you can do to help strengthen and repair the stomach muscle that was cut in the c-sect. If you visit a physio who specialises in this area they can prepare a safe workout for you. My stomach was back to being flat within 6 weeks after my c-sect and without the use of wraps etc just easy gentle exercise. Try not to stress about it though, you've just had a baby and gone through quite the ordeal your health is FAR more important at this stage in life than a flat tummy! Good luck with it smile
Im going to buy one of these ones, i was planning on buying a pair of SRC recovery shorts, but i was worried i might be bothered to wear them - this would be alot easier to wear
