PANDA – Perinatal Anxiety & Depression Australia has recently launched a new online Mental Health Checklist for Expecting and New Parents. This is a free tool for expecting and new parents who are worried about their mental health to fill out online and anonymously to assess their emotional and mental wellbeing.

The tool is designed to help new and expectant parents work out the difference between day-to-day experiences and what could be something more serious. If you do the checklist honestly, you’ll get an honest report at the end.

The checklist helps you know if what you or a loved one is experiencing could be a reason to seek help.
