Exercise tips Rss

hi, I was wondering if you could help me out with some exercises routines. Since ive left work to become a stay at home mom ive put on abit ov weight, i try and walk everyday but not always possible as things always come up, i cant afford to go to a gym, and dont have exercise equipment at home... Anyway my problem areas that i want to work on/tone up is my upper leg area, stomach and biceps. Thanx

May I know your age??? So that Am able to explain exercise routine according to your age.
You can do daily walk and drink hot water and I have various other tricks to lose weight but I need to know about your health status age etc first.
